Rate Increases

Attention Customers,

Due to staying in compliance with Arkansas State Laws that have been put in place. The facilities board has been going though a rate study. To keep up with rising costs and staying in compliance with the State laws; Madison County Water Facilities Board will at this time go through a series of rate increases. The first increase will begin on July 1, 2025 billing cycle for an increase of $0.70 on the current minimum and $0.70 increase per every thousand gallons. The next increase will take place on January 1, 2026 for the same amounts with a following increase on June 1, 2026 for the same amounts.

Although rate increases are never a popular issue, We feel this is necessary to stay in compliance with The Arkansas State Law.
